Services, Areas of Focus & Interventions

Individual Therapy
One-on-one individual sessions with adults (18+). Short term Solution-Focused counseling and referral services (EAP).

Biopsychosocial Assessments
Assessment and recommendations for services. Available for adolescents and adults ages 12+.
Common issues addressed include Anxiety, Depression, Relationship Issues, Adjustment Issues, Life Transitions, Anger Management, Trauma, Grief and Loss.
